This is awesome news! If you haven’t read The Walking Dead by Robert Kurtzman then you are missing out. Its a graphic novel about survival in a post zombie wasteland. But fear not, as it seems that AMC has got Frank Darabont (Shawshank Redemption, The Mist) to adapt it for them as a miniseries That freaking rocks! Just thought I’d share. Thoughts?

The concept reminds me of Alien Nation, if you remember that one. Director Neil Blomkamp ( the guy who was gonna direct the Halo movie) and Producer Peter Jackson (Dead Alive, The Frighteners) bring us this tale of aliens that are stuck on Earth and we won’t let them leave till they give us weapons secrets. Now, watch stuff explode please…
